Refund and Returns Policy

You may request a refund of your puppy purchase price (excluding non-refundable fees) under the following conditions:

  • Health-Related Returns
    • A licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition within 14 days of receiving the puppy.
    • You provide a written vet report and all original medical records.
  • Non-Availability
    • If FrenchieFarm.com is unable to deliver the puppy due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.

The following fees and costs are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • Reservation Deposit
  • Transportation or Shipping Fees
  • Microchipping and Registration Fees
  • Any Optional Add-Ons (e.g., training kits, starter food packs)

*If a refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus the non-refundable deposit and an administrative fee of $200 to cover paperwork and handling.

    • Licensed vet report detailing the diagnosed condition
    • Original medical records and FrenchieFarm health certificate
  3. Return the Puppy
    • Arrange transport within 7 days of vet diagnosis
    • Puppy must be returned in the same health and condition as delivered
  4. Processing
    • We review requests within 5 business days of receiving all materials
    • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Change-of-mind requests are not eligible for a refund.
  • Accidental Injury: Conditions arising after delivery (e.g., broken bones, accidental ingestion) are not covered.
  • Extended Returns: Requests made after the 14-day eligibility window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.
